10/90-2/91 Wels Austria Raiffeisenbank Wels Project was intended to be architectural consulting only. Turned into an overall project concerning questions of restructuring internal organization, workplace issues and corporate identity: Directly contracted by / reporting to CEO and board of directors. 
Setting up an architectural competition. Formulating the tender. Challenge was the spatial translation of new organizational strategies of board and CEO; 
Organization and management of competition, including selection of participants and jury. 
This project was carried out, published and awarded.
